I usually love Chiptole but my husband brought me a burrito bowl from this location...we have never eaten at this one before and won't ever again. I have long blonde hair and there was a short black hair in my bowl. Nasty! No wonder people are getting E.coli from this place!

I am so tired of this store! I order a create your own for my 3 year old child. All she wants is rice sour cream and cheese... So why every time I go here lately it's such a big deal to place those ingredients in the large section of the create your own tray? Seriously I get told we will get in trouble??? For what?
