First off, on top of waiting 20 mins for my food to be under cooked, the soda machine would not work and when I asked for assistance all I got was "it's old just tap it hard over and over, don't know what else to tell you...." I managed to get the soda after a lengthy battle with my long and the selection screen. Food was cold by the time I got home and then discovered about half was still pink inside. Gilbert claims to be supervisor very disrespectful and rude cashier Brisa same attitude very rude they both have poor customer service restaurant appearance was dirty food all over the floor and food was cold.

With the amount of foot traffic and sales volume this place has, they are super quick efficient and have great order accuracy. I've been here five times and have not messed my order up yet and their lobby is constantly packed with people And they keep it moving. Alanni is super amazing and is superb at connecting with the customers.
