I was waiting in line the Hispanic at front counter when it was my turn ignored me and asked the person behind me the guy behind me agreed I was first and told her but she ignored me. I have 5k Uber deliveries and I can positively say that Wingstop is the worst to pick up from. They hire people who couldn’t even graduate high school non the less retards have a higher iq than them. Their mom’s should’ve swallowed.

First off, on top of waiting 20 mins for my food to be under cooked, the soda machine would not work and when I asked for assistance all I got was "it's old just tap it hard over and over, don't know what else to tell you...." I managed to get the soda after a lengthy battle with my long and the selection screen. Food was cold by the time I got home and then discovered about half was still pink inside. Order 40 wings and other stuff, thankfully the chicken that was under cooked was the flavor I picked so my kids got to eat. Thanks wing stop

With the amount of foot traffic and sales volume this place has, they are super quick efficient and have great order accuracy. I've been here five times and have not messed my order up yet and their lobby is constantly packed with people And they keep it moving. Alanni is super amazing and is superb at connecting with the customers.

I ordered delivery and I got a plain chicken sandwich with the regular fries. I asked for the fries to be well done and they literally tasted undercooked. My sandwich also had no pickles even though there are supposed to be pickles on there. They bag was also torn when it arrived, and when I checked my ring camera, the delivery driver just threw my bag of food on the floor. They also didn't give me any ranch even though I paid extra for another ranch. If I were you, I would probably go in person to order Wingstop, because the delivery service is ridiculous.

Terrible service here.Every single time I walk in to order, they don’t say welcome or hello, the first thing out of their mouth is “the wait is over and hour do you still want to order or not”I once had the manager rip the bag out of my hand after I’d been sitting there for over an hour with my children as my food just sat on the rack in the bag getting cold. They never called my name and when I had asked after sitting there for 40 mins they had told me it wasn’t ready yet even though it was already on the rack to be given to me.The don’t let you order over the phone and then come in and pay with cash. You can only order and pay over the phone otherwise you’re still going to wait over an hour because they don’t put your order in the cue until you walk in and pay, so your wait time is the same regardless.To top it all off they got rid of the buns with butter on top. That was one of the favorite side we would always get!It’s so disappointing because Wingstop is a favorite of my family, the food is great usually but I just dread going in to get my food due to aweful staff and customer service.
