6/2/2024 7:50PM. First thing I noticed when I walked in Staff member Emily was working the front counter by herself. She was cleaning the countertop where food is served, which in my eyes is always a good thing, as a customer I like seeing cleanliness bc it insures me that my food was served in a sanitized area. They are always on their A-game. My experience with other franchises changes from location to location. It seems as if cooks or preparers of the food are not all trained properly or just don't care. Of course they may not have that gift. With Chipotle, the experience is all good. Keep up the great work Chipotle.
