I just have to give the hugest shout out to the girls who work at the Carvel/Cinnabon part of the store. I must say how unbelievably UNFAIR it is that they don't get tipped. It's so sad that they're not appreciated for the excellent customer service. I mean really? These girls work hard and with a smile. They deserve a little extra for their hard work and dedication. Concerned but hopeful. Good Luck girls

I could understand paying 5 but now it’s 6. To top it off the man who was working there didn’t acknowledge other people in line, letting them know it would be a couple minutes before he could serve us. He just ignored everyone. Trader Joe’s cinnamon roll are better and cheaper.

Craved a cinnamon roll on way home from work... so stopped here and got gas at the same time. From the sign to the left outside I thought it was on the left in the store , but it's definitely on the right hand side. The employees .... Seemed kinda bothered you were ordering to be honest. One got my cinnamon roll for me while the other rang me up. The one who rang me up took my payment and walked to the far counter on the back wall ... no thank you ... have a good nite ... nothing ... the worker who made my cinnamon roll had to ask if I wanted a receipt. I was thinking maybe my payment didn't go through or something ... I didn't even realize it was over lol. Thought the staff could be just a tad more friendly and more upbeat. As for the cinnamon roll it was good.. wish it was a little warmer and fresher ... the pecans on top were the perfect amount and the icing was good. Very filling! The cinnamon roll itself is a good size.

08/29/2022 took my dog to emergency vet hospital so it wasn't a good day. On my way home I stop by Cinnabon store by Buena Vista and Stockdale to buy cinnamon roll and ice coffee. It was fresh and super delicious. The lady in the store, She was nice and polite. Went home feeling better. The next day I realized I don't have my wallet. I went back to that store hoping I left it there. Was my lucky day. They kept it for me. I was so thankful. They have it for me. Not only the Cinnabon was good but the staff was honest to keep my wallet untouched. Thank you so much. I will be going back for my cinnamon rools and for the honest employee. Sorry I didn't get her name. It was midday.
I give this store 5 star. Not only the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls was good but the most important was the staff gave me a excellent service. Didn't get her name. It was midday 08/29/2022. I forgot my wallet, just realized the next day. I went back to see if they found it. I said my name cause my DL was in it. They gave it to me untouched. Now that's an honest employee. The store owner should be proud how valuable the employee they have.

It's nice having a Cinnabon where you don't have to deal with mall parking. It's very clean and Cinnabon was great.

We were there yesterday on a whim. We wanted donuts initially but decided to go for their cinnamon rolls instead. The place is inside a 76's new mini store. We were thinking of getting 4 classics and the staff offered if we wanted to get the 6 pack instead for $2 (?) more. They were still warm when we got them. After a day, they are still good whether you warm them or not.
