I didn’t see on my receipt where I can fill out the survey, but Ashley at the buena vista location was awesome, sweet and super helpful. I went in April 19, 2023! She was working hard!
08/29/2022 took my dog to emergency vet hospital so it wasn't a good day. On my way home I stop by Cinnabon store by Buena Vista and Stockdale to buy cinnamon roll and ice coffee. It was fresh and super delicious. The lady in the store, She was nice and polite. Went home feeling better. The next day I realized I don't have my wallet. I just have to give the hugest shout out to the girls who work at the Carvel/Cinnabon part of the store. I must say how unbelievably UNFAIR it is that they don't get tipped. It's so sad that they're not appreciated for the excellent customer service. I mean really? These girls work hard and with a smile. They deserve a little extra for their hard work and dedication. Concerned but hopeful. Good Luck girls
