I had the worst service there. This is not the 1st time, but this time I have had it. I ordered a strawberry acai w/extra pumps for which I was charged .80 cents. It was 9:00am today, the bathrooms are so dirty, the toilet bowl was brown spots all around it and hair pieces on the floor, and outside the lounging area had full of trashes every where.Does anyone works there care about this place or what?Disgusting!

THIS MAY SOUND BOGUS but it is 100% true. One of the baristas here actually changed my life. I won't say her name as it may put pressure on them but if a manager wants to reply Ill be happy to advise. Here's the story: When I came here, there was ONE person working all by themselves.
