From the moment we arrived, Ali made us feel incredibly welcome. His warm, friendly personality and thoughtful recommendations made our dining experience even more memorable. It’s rare to receive service that feels so genuine, and Ali went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every part of our meal.

The food was simply outstanding. We ordered the Lamb Hanith and the Fahsah, and both were absolutely incredible. The lamb was melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly seasoned, and packed with rich, authentic flavor. The made-to-order fresh bread was amazing—hot, fluffy, and perfect for enjoying every bite of the Fahsah.

To accompany our meal, we enjoyed Mama’s Tea Milk and the Red Tea. Both were wonderfully aromatic, comforting, and the perfect complement to the rich flavors of the food.

And then came dessert…the Al-Maesub Al-Malaki, which was nothing short of heavenly! Rich, decadent, and beautifully prepared, it was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.

“I have yet to be disappointed by a drink from Beanies- in fact, it takes everything in me to not drink it too fast so I can enjoy it for longer. The first time I sipped their coffee was as I stepped out of the quaint cafe on my way to work, but I had to immediately stop walking and take a moment to reset because I could not believe how good this coffee was. Been stopping in at every chance I get, and each time it’s been equally good. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, and the Roaster/Owner knows what he’s doing and is more than happy to converse. “Our group, ten hungry people traveling from San Francisco to Los Angeles stopped in Bakersfield for Thai-Chinese foods. We were lucky, the owner did the cooking for us. Surprisingly, the quality of the food is authentically Thai and Chinese. Kee, the owner is a Chinese from Thailand and owns 3 branches in Las Vegas and other cities too. The service is excellent! and the facilities are very clean.“

“I’ve always enjoyed this location for its openness, cleanliness and convenience but I’m really here to comment a huge THANK YOU to the barista that took 2 seconds to write a kind note on my drink. There’s no way they could’ve known whats going on in my head today but I needed to read that hand-written note more than I even knew. The world really needs more kindness and light to drown out the hate and darkness, so again, thank you.

“We are from out of town and needed a real tasting coffee. We visited Sequoia National Park and tried a local coffee shops and thinking it should be reallll good since it’s a tourist destination but we’re pretty disappointed😭
But I’m still in search of a real good cup of coffee and I have to say driving past to Bakersfield we have to give this city a try😂

When I asked for a house made syrup he was gracious enough to share their chai syrup that actually paired perfectly with my flat white (it wasn’t on the menu but Jorge was so kind to make me one). Jorge! you need to add this to your menu because it was really good!!!
My daughter ordered the Dulce de Leche and she said that it was good too. Also the presentation of the Dulce de Leche is pretty appetizing!

“Food is sooo good here. The cook is really dedicated to making each dish special to the liking of the customer. For instance, I wanted something spicy but “white boy spicy” and she knew right away to make it medium spicy. I live in San Jose and I was passing through Bakersfield and had a hankering for Thai food. I’m really glad I found this place. The owner was so sweet! Check out what I had I the photos.“

“I needed two dozen powdered sugar donuts for my daughter’s bridal shower and I didn’t think to order them ahead of time. When I arrived to the store, I was disappointed that they didn’t have any. BUT, the young lady at the counter was so helpful and asked the baker if he could powder up some donuts for me! The Angel Donuts team at the Hageman store saved the morning! Not only that...the service was over the top when, after learning that there was a situation in the parking lot that had me concerned, the young lady (I wish I would have gotten her name!) kept an eye on me until I made it safely to my car!
