Covenant Coffee at Stockdale Tower is one of the best coffee shops in town. The atmosphere is a favorite—cozy, quiet, and peaceful. The coffee is delicious and something to crave, with the Brown and White a likely bestseller and a favorite drink on the menu, delicious in both hot and iced. A brown and white latte and a toffee latte are also mentioned; do half sweet because it’s still very sweet but tasty. The matcha latte was so good, and 2 pouches were given to go. The kitchen recently opened, so the food hasn’t been tried, but it smells good, and baked goods from a local bakery are very tasty. The green chairs are gone (except 1), so it is back to its adorable self. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the youth working at both sites were kind in answering questions. Centrally located, near Mohawk and California, inside the Wells Fargo building, which is convenient. The N. Chester location is also inviting. Covenant is doing great work and making a difference for local foster youth. Cool ambiance with lounge furniture and tops to chill. A little pastry with your drink is recommended—they’re the perfect complement. A great spot to relax or catch up with friends.
