The food is amazing but the service is terrible. RUDE ladies at the front. There are few ladies that are wonderful and are very helpful others are very rude both customer service and body language wise.

My first time eating it yesterday, was supper excited. First off , my boil was SWEET ??? seafood boils shouldnt be sweet lol . Then , my shrimp was over cooked , they were so hard to peel like wth ? And last , the sausage tasted like the most cheapest sausage out there! Never again would I eat from here lol . To each thier own though.

We had a gathering with friends, always a great time with this bunch. We are always looking for new places to eat. We decided to order out and one my friends suggested this place(no longer aloud to anymore). We had the crab boil. Food was actually pretty good. But there was something missing. I just feel it was missing some flavor, maybe a little bit more spicy. Service was good everyone was super friendly and helpful. Now the worst part of this place is the parking. The restaurant sits next to a busy highway and parking is basically non existent. Cars have to park along the highway and some park across the highway making for a very dangerous crossing and mostly likely a law suit in the making. Rush hour starts at exactly 445, do not even think about going at this time you will not enjoy it. It's definitely worth trying it out at least once to form your own opinion.
Not worth it for the price & experience to be honest but might have just been a bad night since it was so busy. Our food came out and was barely warm so it got cold super fast. One of my crab leg clusters was black all over and smelled super fishy so i didn’t eat it, & when i let them know they said they could give me 5% off JUST the crab so a $1 discount lol. Service was okay, i wouldn’t recommend eating here.

El Gallo “El Gallo”
I really like it but the garlic isn't cooked at all, its just raw. Which is good but I think it would taste better if it was cooked a little. I ordered clams and they didn't put them in my bag.. food is freaking good though!!
Worst Seafood experience I've ever had. The food was extremely SPICY to the point it was inedible. even though we never asked for extra spice. The service was equally disappointing- slow and uninterested in helping. Not Worth the money or the visit.

Nice little restaurant, seafood boil was flavorful. I ordered to go. I saw people eating there but it is kind of stuffy, seems they only have fans, no ac and with this Bakersfield heat and eating spicy food I'd be sweating like crazy. The food and service is great!

Very sad review. I brought my family to eat at this place..we have an Autistic Daughter that wont eat seafood so we brought food specifically for her because we know better…..when we tried to order food the Cashier said they don't allow outside food and we tried to explain to her and she said “its store Policy” in front of other sitting customers. we have been to many other places that have been very understanding about our situation..very Disrespectful Behavior for paying customers…i hope this Comment reaches to the owners so they came be ashamed for rejecting a child with special needs she gets very emotional for things like this we have never been so Discriminated before.

I honestly thought this place was going to be a lot better considering how many reviews it has.
The shrimp was overcooked and really mushy, you pay for drinks and they don’t even bother to refill them for you, yet they expect tips? Potatoes are hard, the flavor just isn’t there. Way OVERPRICED. You’re better off making your own seafood boils at home.
