I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks today! It was my first time visiting this location, and I’m so glad my Tio Mando recommended it. The ladies working were incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming. I had questions about the new Blue Coconut drink, and they took the time to explain everything that was in it without making me feel rushed. Ellie provided some of the best customer service I’ve had at Starbucks! She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. She had such a positive attitude, was patient while taking my order, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s employees like Ellie who keep people coming back. The customer service is great. Roy was the nicest customer service i have received here at this location & was very professional with a great personality and he was also very on top of his stuff didn't skip a beat. Best experience here or at any Starbucks so far. And my ice coffee was exactly how I like it.
