ive never had a negative attitude towards this subway because its always packed of people and usually only has 1 or 2 people working. The Punjabi (?) lady who i see all the time here is super friendly and nice. I'm only doing 4 stars because she cut someone else's sandwich in front of me and then used her glove to clean it, then put the knife away, and pulled out the same knife to cut my sandwich, which didn't make me happy. We stopped by to grab lunch. My wife used the app to place our order, and this proved frustrating. She made a number of errors that impacted our experience. I think, if you are very picky about your Subway food, maybe using the app is not optimal. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch power bowl, and the portion is huge. To call that sandwich a "Philly cheese steak" is just wrong. $12.00 and some change. $5 bucks is too much. Since they started this new menu the food and prices has really changed the way l think about "SUBWAY" and don't think I'll eat there anymore.
