Staff is friendly but honestly they took 20mn to make our drinks. We should of just order on the drive-thru so they could make our drinks faster. I was surprised by the time it took them to make them, there’s like 5 employees and yet they were slow. After my visit I check the reviews and most of them said that they waited a long time.
Feel mixed about this place.It used to be great. Now, it's average.The taste is standard Starbucks.It's usually clean, not always...buy not ever very messy.The staff is average, as compared to other Stars. What has happened to Starbucks? Service is slow at best. We ordered two coffees, one nitro brew and mini scones. It took forever to get it with no one in line. Then when we received it the coffees were cold and waited ten minutes for them to brew a new pot. This is a coffee shop! Wow
