They were too busy talking in the phone while working the drive through to take my order correctly at the speaker.And when corrected, they still gave me the wrong drink at the window. What has happened to Starbucks? Service is slow at best. We ordered two coffees, one nitro brew and mini scones. It took forever to get it with no one in line. Then when we received it the coffees were cold and waited ten minutes for them to brew a new pot. This is a coffee shop! Wow

Staff is friendly but honestly they took 20mn to make our drinks. We should of just order on the drive-thru so they could make our drinks faster. I was surprised by the time it took them to make them, there’s like 5 employees and yet they were slow. After my visit I check the reviews and most of them said that they waited a long time.
Drinks are good. But the wait is horrible. There was about 2 people inside and a couple of people in the drive thru, and the wait was about 20 mins. Way to long.
