Everything is super fresh and they prepare everything upon order. My favorites are the aguas frescas, fruit cup (mango, coconut) with all the different chile options they have for the fruit. I have called to pre-order because they get busy in the afternoons.

My favorite are las fresas con crema! Everything there is freshly made and delicious! Many times there is a long wait but that is the only downfall.

Coco Loco is a small, fantastic food/drink truck hustling out at the Gas 4 Less parking lot in Bakersfield, California. For $6.00 I got a refreshing Mangonada! Mangonadas are a spicy, sweet, tad sour (YES! all that at the same time) slushy smoothie that is typical in Mexico, if you didn't know. My Mangonada consisted of crunchy, slightly sweet mango, mango juice, blended ice, chamoy sauce (savory Mexican condiment made of pickled fruit typically), possibly tajin and tasty tamarind straw. Visually appealing and my taste buds were doing a happy dance too. Shade covering while you wait. It was 100F degrees out here, so this smoothie is absolutely perfect. Come get one here, if you're in the area and support small businesses.

Small trailer by the gas station with delicious aguas frescas. Best tostilocos and mangoneada I've had anywhere. Also tried the takiloco, piña loca, chamango, and fresa con crema. All of them were great. Everything comes with fresh flavorful fruit. The portions are also huge.
