They have really good Chile verde Mac n cheese and tri tip. The ribs are pretty good as well, I’ve never really had the grilled chicken but I hear it’s good. The BBQ trailer isn’t always there, so it’s kind of a hit or miss. Pretty friendly staff, clean bathrooms, has all the necessities if you’re just passing through the town. Wish they would have an updated bbq trailer schedule posted somewhere.
Great place to stop... Very clean and well stocked convenience store. Subway and "cafe" kiosk located inside serve a wide selection of "fast" breakfast/lunch/dinners. There is a nice sitting area inside as well if you desire to eat there.

It was a beautiful fall day and enjoy eating outside where there was a grass area for our dog to "visit" aka use the restroom ;-)It was a nice"pit stop" for us and especially with us having a pup with us! I DO recommend Countryside Market!
