Paid 40$ for a bag and it taste awful lacked flavor and it taste like shrimp water it was supposed to be garlic butter this tasted nothing like it no refunds !!they wanted to add more watered down garlic sauce no thank you !!! Don’t waste your money disgusting!!!!
Sadly the food is good but the girl and the guy that are in the front have no customer service at all I’m not asking for the best service but when you would talk to them it’s almost like they didn’t even want to reply back, I asked the guy what else is good and he replied “I don’t even like seafood so none” if I was the owner I would either 1 be at the front serving customers bcs these people including me will no go back. To top it off we were finishing eating and stood up to get more water the girl there told me it we turned off kind of confused I said “what was that”? She said we close at 9 and it’s 9:05. Keep in mind 2 other families were also there. The owner should re consider these kids bcs good paying customers should not be experiencing that if I was at McDonald’s paying for a $10 meal that would be different story.

Been coming here since it’s been opened and over the years the quality of service has declined immensely. Came in with my family to celebrate a special occasion . . We arrived at 8:04 , front desk said they were no longer taking dine in customers , dine in apparently closes at “8:00” , front desk refused to seat us for being 4 minutes after 8:00. Which just seemed lazy to me to not want to accept any more customers. I’ve refrained from coming in over the more recent years because there’s always some type of situation with customer service. I always think maybe it’s just a bad day but have to be realistic that it’s just bad customer service and low quality of care for the business.
Flies all over inside the dining area, the food came out within 2 min which made me feel like it wasn’t fresh, I compared crab in a bag to captain crawfish and crab in a bag on union was no even close to touching the flavor over at captain crawfish! 1/10!!!!!

The cook was willing to make my order acceptable. My fish was a little undercooked and he gave me two extra pieces cooked the way I preferred so I was very happy with that.

We've been loyal customers here and always order the family pack. Our food has always come out quickly. Today, for my birthday celebration, all I wanted was to eat here—but that didn’t happen.
We were the first family to walk in and placed our order. About 10 minutes later, another family arrived, ordered, and received their food within five minutes. At this point, we started wondering what was going on. When we asked about our order, the girl at the front had an attitude every time we inquired.
What finally did it for us was when a large family walked in, ordered, and received their food within 10 minutes—including a family pack, just like we ordered. By then, we had been waiting 50 minutes. When we brought this up, the girl kept making excuses, saying our order was taking longer because it was a family pack. But when the large family received the same order in a fraction of the time, that excuse no longer made sense.
To make matters worse, when we asked for a refund, both the girl and the boy at the front refused, insisting they could only issue a gift card. We had spent nearly $150 and had no desire to come back. The girl claimed they would be "off" if they refunded us—not our problem. They needed to make it right. Eventually, when the register opened, they had no choice but to refund our money.
To top it all off, when we asked for a manager, suddenly, there wasn’t one available.
This experience was beyond disappointing. The lack of customer service and accountability was unacceptable. We will never return.

Had the family special shrimp veggies everything was good but I am a crawfish lover. I love seafood. But I was given so much soggy old crawfish in my bag. If prices are gonna be so HIGH! Have better quality food! Don't come here for the Crawfish worst 92 dollars I ever spent!

The food was good but the crab wasn’t cooked properly. Very soft shell and the meat was stuck to the shell making eating it harder than it should be. Wouldn’t recommend the king crab here considering how much you’re paying to eat over cooked crab
Very unprofessional! We’ve been loyal customers and always order the family pack without issue. When we asked about our order, the staff was rude and made excuses. When we requested a refund, they refused, insisting on a gift card. After much back and forth, they finally refunded us. To make things worse, there was suddenly no manager available. Terrible service, zero accountability—we won’t be back.
I went to pick up a delivery order here and they were closed. I had to cancel the order. Not sure how it even went through with nobody at the restaurant to approve the order.
