My daughter and I went in today around 2 pm and sat at that counter. We sat there for around 10 minutes with no less than 4 workers behind the counter, they were chatting away while one man made a strawberry milkshake. I felt horrible when my teenager asked if we had sat at the wrong area because no one was coming to help us, she said well I guess we should have sat at the tables.
