Worst experience ever. I have been a customer for 3 years at the same location in the last 3 months they have got my order wrong and it has taken 1 hour and 30 minutes to get one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza. When I called to the store they informed me I could cancel if I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for my order to be delivered. They do not care about their customers at all. Now I have to go pick up dinner somewhere else. Thanks Domino's for nothing

Pizzas are hard and Dry Cheese Did Not Melt Crust was Burnt. All The Pizzas were Cooked Differently?!?! How do you manage that? Service Rep was Extremely Rude On The Phone! Right off the Back he started blaming the pizza and that it was cooked that way because of how I ordered it. You Don't Argue With A Customer! Not Ever > : -( The Manager only became professional with me after he learned that my Son Agreed with me. The customer service rep had my pizzas remade. 30mins later The remade pizza was delivered. Unfortunately, they looked worse than the 1st set of 3 pizzas. I TOOK PICTURES!

They got like something close to high speed network going here. Built on trying to be the absolute best. There’s this high maybe 5’7 bright skinny dude in there, I believe he’s the manager and he’s actively communicating with the team in there he’s showing what cleaness, perfection and leadership during his shift.everyone on this shift is trying to be the absolute best. I’m glad I stopped by here this evening.

We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza a couple of weeks ago. It got here and had no BBQ sauce at all. They put a credit in for us. Decided to try again tonight. Ordered the same thing. We were informed we would have to pay the delivery fee of $5.99. We went ahead with the order. Pizza was delivered and it is regular sauce with chicken, mushrooms and onions. Called them and they said that you have to wait a day for the redelivery. So, here we sit with the wrong pizza and can’t get another until tomorrow??

Wont take walk up orders after 9, Im right here, at your tiny window, absurd, I dont want to do it all online, Im right here at your window. Every other pizza place wants our business. Also, the window, the guy has to squat down to even see us. Pathetic. I left, Going elsewhere.
