To the guy in the front maybe stop eating while on the clock, learn how to give at least decent customer service, be more informative about the job, and have a better attitude dude. I’ve worked for this company and I’ve never met someone so rude and I would never train someone to be like this to customers so Shame on the management as well! I’m leaving so upset and disappointed. Also you can’t tell people you’re not accepting carry out orders at 8:45 pm when carry out closes at 10! Fire this guy! Kinda tall chubby white male with messy curly hair.

Dominos has 8mproved greatly. Toppings are limited, but I like their specials and options of thin crust and gluten-free. The whole place is way too carby though.

Horrible. I place a $50 order through app and it was delivered to wrong address. When I called a girl answered very unprofessional just laughing and hung up. Second call I was told it was my issue and nothing could be done. Then employee offered me a number to corporate which was a fake number, so when I reached corporate I was told nothing can be done as store is independently owned. Wasted money very unprofessional, and staff very immature.

The Carside Delivery timer was stopped at 17 seconds. I waited in my car for an additional 10 minutes before walking in the store to get the pizza myself. Literally not a single employee acknowledged me or offered to assist me. Only after an employee that came in after me signed back into the computer from her break did she then ask me if I needed any help. I showed her my phone with the Domino's app and the timer stopped and said that I'm still waiting. She then walked about the store in search of my pizza. It wasn't anywhere to be found. Not until she approached another employee and it was retrieved from the oven. After she brought it to me, I said that it wasn't even ready and that the timer was stopped for no reason. She stated that she didn't know and that she just got back from her break. The dishonesty with the app and the Carside Guarantee from this store is crazy. Nobody cares. All it would have taken is for a simple apology and something that resembled customer service for me to not leave this bad review. No apology, no manager to say anything whatsoever, not even acknowledging that they were wrong and dishonest. Yes, I used the 50% off coupon, but that doesn't mean that I'm suppose to receive 50% customer service.

this establishment when delivering my order at home, they simply left it on the floor outside my location without notice either from the establishment or from the application that was tracking the delivery procedure, when calling the manager simply said that his driver already was back and to pickup the pizza from the the floor …. ?? Avoid bad treatment

It was convenient but, I would have been just as well off putting a frozen dinner in the oven. That's what the pasta tasted like. Good service and nice people. Food just wasn't all that.
