3 different times I have been completely disappointed by this one! The workers are more worried about shotgunning red bulls than taking orders. I absolutely love Dutch bros but this location has been killing it for me. Will not return .

Horrible customer service from both the front and the back you can hear them to to correct you and clearly are wrong so they hush . Also the wait time is horrible . Instead of being combative about the wait time instead of better their customer service skills when it clearly is their responsibility to let all customers know, not just who they feel like telling. I asked for a cup holder and said they didn’t have any and walk away. I would NEVER allow employees behave in such manner nor make anyone feel any less! I never leave reviews but felt it necessary to bring awareness to management

1st time I came here I waited about 20 minutes for my drink even tho I was the only one at the window and when did they realized I was still waiting they didn’t even apologize. Drink came out good so I guess it wasn’t all bad.
The coffee is up to Dutch Bros standard. The line was very long, but staff was not very organized with getting the line moving. What was supposed to be a quick trip ended up being close to an hour.

Worst experience ever coming here, I asked for a specific drink they could not make it right after 3 times, I asked for a refund I got it but a day later they charged themselves back! Unprofessional from the female staff and bad “shift lead”.
