I love Ditch Bros and have never had a bad experience at any location. This time, I actually downloaded the app and was pleasantly surprised to get a free drink! I love how they make seasonal drinks. I like to try the new ones and use oat instead of dairy. My gf prefers almond milk, which is also not a problem at Dutch
I got to this DB location 3/4 times a week and have never had a bad experience but I went in today and got a cold brew and Julia C took my order and told me my total was $6 but before I got to the window my Apple Pay notification said I was charged $7. I had never asked for a receipt but today I did and my suspicion was correct! The coffee is up to Dutch Bros standard. The line was very long, but staff was not very organized with getting the line moving. What was supposed to be a quick trip ended up being close to an hour.
