Very rude experience in drive thru. Employee taking order was short and curt. Complete lack of patience for 1st time customer unfamiliar with menu. I will not be back. If I wasn't boxed in in the drive thru, I would have just left.

Dutchbros drinks are good and a better price! But man the service at the walk up window is really bad. I've been standing for 10 minutes without a goodmorning or someone asking if I need something. I'm the only one here. Is the walk up window not for ordering as well?? Right now I'm watching them chill and talk a bit. Still not acknowledging my presence. Need to improve on the service at the other window severely. I got here at 8:50 and it's 9:07. I had to place an order online just to get some service.
