Today was my last straw, I come to the Dutch bros on Chester to buy my Girlfriend Dutch bros as I normally do because this location is usually Good. Today they did us wrong by taking our order (holiday cookie blended freeze) and not telling us they were out of the jingle sprinkles, I do not understand why they would even allow me to order this drink if they didn’t have the ingredients to make the drink in the first place, very rude and unprofessional, and then when I go to the window to confront them, they told me (oops) and then proceeded to say they were out of jingle sprinkles, the sprinkles is what makes the drink Good it’s supposed to be blended in the actual drink and on top of the drink as well and they gave me this sad pathetic little drop of sugar sprinkles when they recommended the sugar sprinkles, couldn’t even give me a decent amount. Waist of money and waist of my time. I don’t appreciate this Dutch bros get better please. Also forgot to say they didn’t even give me a holiday Christmas cup !? Like what the actual heck man that’s crazy I want a refund

They have drinks that are already put together.Or you can make your own drink.Whatever you like, they are very helpful in that department.If you can't decide as well! They also have muffin tops to choose from.When you want to have a breakfast to go. They usually have chocolate chip or lemon poppy.SeedThey also currently have a cranberry orange.One that is pretty delicious and a pretty good amount of icing on top too!

Dietary restrictions: You can just say I don’t want that and they won’t give you that it’s pretty simple and they’re really good about dealing with you. Ask.
Parking: dozens and dozens of spots available because you’re in Bakersfield, I don’t need to say anymore. There’s more parking spots than there are cars in that town….
Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn’t like a hot chocolate from from Dutch Brothers?
Wheelchair accessibility: You order outside and the window is right there so that’s pretty easy
