I work on the road so I've had my fair share of tacos around California and these hands down were my favorite really reminded me of local spot down in Mexico. I had the pasor, chicken and asada all three carnes were as good as other reviewers had said, the tacos come on corn tortillas that have a nice crunch which pairs really nicely with the tacos, the red salsa complemented each meat nicely I'll definitely be back when in the area
Delicious food always. The meat is so tender and seasoned to perfection. The tortillas are crispy and the red salsa is perfect ? The meat is good cut and doesnt have tendons/ cartilage/ fat you have to pick apart. The birria tacos are absolutely tasty ?? One of the best places in Bakersfield with authentic Mexican food estilo Colima ????

From the outside surrounding of the building you second guess coming in. But how wrong could I be? As soon as I come in the restaurant is nice and clean and the gentleman came out behind the counter to take my order(very friendly) got a few pastor tacos and they were fire. Taco was crunchy and the meat was tender and well marinated.10 out of 10 best tacos in town possibly even better then a lot of L.A tacos
