“This is the place I've used as a comparison of what real, authentic carnitas and birria tacos should be. The carnitas tacos rivel some of the best I've tasted in Michoacán, Mexico. I don't recommend trying other meats, although they're good too, the carnitas (mixtas/surtidas) and birria de chivo are the best I've tasted anywhere in the U.S. It's a no frills lunch truck in a somewhat rough neighborhood of Bakersfield, but it's well worth it. I lived in LA for 6-7 years and I couldn't find tacos that could come close to these from Los Cuñados Bakersfield (lunch truck).“
“Food here was very good. It was just like eating at home. We pretty much had everything on the menu - Dal Makhni, Aloo Ghobi, and the Punjabi Kadi were the stand outs. The place is a dhaba so don't expect anything fancy. The girl at the cashier was very sweet and hospitable.“

The fish taco was fried with mastery, and really came together from the first bite. I would certainly return. If anything, I would've liked to have had a sour cream sauce to dip the quesadilla in.“

“Suitable name for the place. The food was delicious and home-like. The family that runs it are really sweet and treat you like family.We had the alloo pyaaz and paneer paranthas. We also got Bhindi and daal and fulka roti. Everything was made fresh and really hot. We also got chai, which was perfect end to the meal. They gave us free kheer to each one of us that we had not ordered but they said you need some dessert.We definitely over-ate but would love to go here on every trip and recommend everyone to try their food.“

“Yup their name is accurate. The tacos were very tasty. I like the asada the most of the three carnes I tried (asada, lengua, and chorizo). If you want a kick order the chorizo. My BF is tearing a little from the chorizo. They also had cabeza, tripa, and pastor. I didn't try those yet, will be back. Likely during tacos Tuesday when they're tacos are $1.50 each.“
“They are the sweetest people. Be aware it is cash only. I was not aware and had my debit card, I did not have enough cash on me for my order. He offered me to come back tomorrow to pay him. I told him I had some cash but I was 4 dollars short. The food was already made and he was sweet and said no worries that it was fine. How sweet of him. I believe he was the owner. The food was delicious and made to order. I had called it in and when I picked it up it was ready and still hot when I got home. 10/10 Definitely recommend. “Let's start by talking about the staff, friendly and accommodating.i ordered samosa's they came with red or green sauce, she explained they where all homemade so i had to try both. The food was piping hot when it was handed over, i honestly couldn't pick between what sauce i liked more. She also included a sample of the butter chicken. Now I can honestly say my husband was against branching out and trying something new, but one bite of the butter chicken he was 100 percent ready to order from them again. Thank you Sk Indian not only did you get my husband to try it but I can honestly say this was the best Indian food I have ever had. I wish I could give 10 stars. The setting is out doors, but tables and chairs are avil to sit and eat. If you're not in the mood to eat there try them on Uber eats. Prices are more than reasonable for the amount of food you get. “We stopped at this location while driving from Bay area to Los Angeles, and it was really worth some extra time.We tried amritsari kulcha, chhole bhature and dahi bhala and the dishes were really good. “This place is amazing! I had the classic Bombay Burger and curry fries. I didn't realize that I needed this fusion cuisine in my life! The Bombay Burger has a spice blend I can't put my finger on - and it's delicious. What helps is that the meat is of high quality and it's cooked well. It's moist and not burnt to a crisp. It's an all organic beef patty without the gristle and other weird bits we tolerate at other restaurants. It's matched by condiments that are not short on flavor. Because the patty is so flavorful you need the onion, tomato and cucumber to balance the patty and savory sauce. The french fries are also amazing. The curry flavoring is not overpowering. It's essentially the equivalent of seasoned fries, but better. You keep reaching for more because it's a refreshing change! Finally, the service is 10/10! They are sweethearts. I called my order in last minute right before they closed, and they had it ready in no time. I will definitely be going back!!!“

As soon as I come in the restaurant is nice and clean and the gentleman came out behind the counter to take my order(very friendly) got a few pastor tacos and they were fire. “This place is hidden in the back of a very large bazaar of Latino shops. When you get to the back,it's really a food court with two stages for live music, and similar. Mariscos is separated out from the others. The physical separation probably has to exist because of Utah's liquor laws. It's also the only place with table service. The menu is in Spanish, and when we had some questions, our server needed to get someone with better English skills. This entire facility is not one that is catering to Anglo's. That said, we never felt out of place, and I assume most likely some of the most straight up Mexican food comes out of here. It's supposed to be the food of Sinaloa, having not been there, I'll take their word for it. Mariscos is all about seafood. They do everything from a whole fried tilapia to ceviche and oysters on the half shell. Most of the people were eating large stemmed glasses of shrimp cocktail ceviche. We went with a dozen oysters of the half shell covered with ceviche and a shrimp on stop. They were pretty over the top. We found that by removing much of the ceviche we could taste the oyster more, and get it all in our mouth in one bite. We also had a tostada plate of shrimp, limes, red onions, avacado, and something else I could not identify. Along with a Mexican beer, it was a nice lunch. The music was fairly loud. There was a lady singing the words to the music. At various periods she would come around for tip. It was worth the $5 I gave her. This is not likely to be on the regular rotation, but I really enjoyed it, and would recommend it to others. Some of the other booths had some good looking options as well.“

Tacos are Tijuana style with handmade tortillas (they’re making them fresh as you order) and a good amount of avocado to top it. The asada was the best and horchata was good too! They also accept card payment.“

“This has been the best taco spot I've been at for a good minute. The food was a straight 10. We had tacos de asada and tacos de tripa and a carne asada quesadilla. Very juicy steak not over seasoned. It was perfect. They were very generous with the portions of each item. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner who came to greet us. “Stopped here while driving down to San Diego. This food truck is located at the Chevron/Prince Palace stop. This mom and pop truck is amazing. The service was great and people were very friendly. We ordered the Pani Poori and the chef, who looked like a mother/aunt, prepped the food fresh! The sauce had just the right amount of spice - explosion of so much flavor! The snack was just enough to get us through the last leg of our trip. So glad we found this pace, will definitely go back next time we're driving through. Also - the Prince Palace stop was very clean too! Newly remodeled and had clean bathrooms.“
