Wow the birrria tatemada is amazing it's good to see variations on a classic dish. For me it's the Little char bits that smacks with flavor plus the salsa and lemon comes along just to elevates without overpowering with hot /spiciness. The beans and homemade corn tortillas complete the meal. I'll be back for sure. Fiy the micheladas are on point.
