“The food was full of authentic flavor and every dish felt freshly prepared with care. The dal makhni was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. The malai soya chaap was incredibly soft, flavorful, and well-marinated, melting in the mouth with every bite. The paneer tikka was equally impressive smoky, tender, and grilled to perfection.“

“This food truck posted up at Polo park one day and we were hungry. So glad it was there because Oh my God are the loaded curry fries delicious! By far one of the best things I've eaten in Bakersfield. The depth of flavor is incredible and and had some good heat (spice) spread out in the fries. Every Saturday my daughter has soccer and every Saturday since eating this I have left disappointed because the truck has not been back. If you happen to stumble upon this truck give it a try and I guarantee you'll be keeping an eye out for it every week after“

“I was craving Indian food, something hearty and exceptionally delicious, before I start working on losing 10 pounds. Think of it as my last high calorie comfort meal that I can enjoy for the next 2-3 days. I made this order through Instacart and I wasn’t to sure what to expect. Seeing that this was a gas station I was hesitant at first but made the decision to order from this location anyway. I ordered the Noodles, Butter Chicken, Karahi paneer, garlic naan and the pickles. Everything was delicious and if not better than what I’ve had before at other locations. Someone’s nana is in the kitchen because this felt like it was a home cooked. I just threw everything in a small bowl and used the Naan to enjoy all the flavors in one bite. By the way the noodles are a lot so you are definitely getting your moneys worth. Thank you“

“This is the best north Indian dhaba food i've ever had! Homely authentic food yet delicious...my favourites were amritsari kulcha and mixed paratha. Very friendly staff and truly care about the customer experience and willing to customize the thalis and meals per our preferences. We ended up staying an extra night in bakersfield so that we could experience breakfast again the next day. Truly hidden gem place run by the couple.“

“Indian paradise out of nowhere, great parontas. We tried the mix, gobi and Allu paronta. Great taste, served with yogurt and white butter. Made fresh in front of you.
We were their early so it was pretty fast service, but can see it taking longer time given she is making paronta right when you order.
Overall pleasantly surprised, highly recommend.“

“We had such a wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious, and staff were absolutely awesome and welcoming. But what truly made our dinner special was the live singer Preet Singh. His voice and music created such a beautiful atmosphere, and we genuinely enjoyed our meal even more while listening to him sing.
I just want to take a moment to appreciate him for making our evening memorable. Sometimes it’s the little things—good food, great hospitality, and beautiful live music—that turn a dinner into a special experience. Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable! 🎶“

“I wanted to let my daughter try India food for the first time and I’m glad I bought her she loved it. I haven’t been here in over a few years. Was wanting her to try the lunch buffet but unfortunately they don’t offer it anymore. Anyhow we had butter chicken. (daughter). Chicken, tiki masala. (Me). And of course came with delicious side of naan bread. Everything was really good. Glad we came“
