“Do yourself a favor and take a cooking class ASAP with Heat Culinary! I have taken 2 now, Chinese food and Oaxacan, and they have been so informative, helpful, and, best of all, so much fun!! The cost for the classes is an absolute steal, considering you eat an amazing meal and take home tons of leftovers. It’s really a bonding experience to cook with people and enjoy it together at the end, strangers feel like friends quickly. The class offerings are diverse and unique, with lots of ethnic food options. Customer service is also amazing— I forgot the recipe print out and emailed them afterwards, around 10 p.m., and the owner, Chef Nikki, emailed me back almost immediately and not only sent me the recipe, but asked for input on upcoming classes. I’m grateful for Heat and plan on taking as many classes as I can.“
