“Tried La Villa 805 food truck on a whim and it was amazing!

We had the asada tacos, piggy tacos, and quesataco birria — all super fresh, full of flavor, and the portions were perfect.

The owners are so welcoming, and the customer service goes above and beyond — truly exceeds the highest rating.

The area is great with lots of parking and a clean, covered seating area.

Drinks are delicious too — the cucumber lime and horchata are a must-try.

We tried tacos of chicken, steak, and al pastor and all three kinds were delicious with good portions and priced right!“

“So far, I've only had the opportunity to try the birria pizzadilla. I highly recommend it. The meat is very flavorful and not too fatty. The toppings compliment the meat and melted cheese very well. The red salsa has a pleasant earthy flavor and the consume provided for dipping was perfect. “The al pastor and suadero tacos are great! They do offer a good variety, I only wish they would include guacamole in the prices. Guacamole cost 50¢ extra. Their prices are competitive which I like unlike other taco stands in Oxnard trying to charge almost $3 for a taco.“

“This is a food truck that parks in the Vons shopping center. I ordered a steak and shrimp plate. It’s not overly salted, which is how I prefer it. The veggies are nice and crisp. Dip them in the ginger sauce, and the veggies rise to another level. You can choose between plain rice or fried rice. Obvi I’m gonna go with the fried rice. The fried rice still retains a bit of moisture, and I love that. Other spots serve a dry fried rice, and it’s cool if that’s your thing but I prefer it not so dry. Be sure to ask for extra white sauce and pour that over your rice. Explosion of flavor in your mouth! I asked for Medium cooked steak, of which was served at just the right temperature. The steak has a nice exterior sear, while maintaining the juicy center. I feel like the shrimp can use a little charring on the outside, but overall they were fully cooked and still had a nice crunch to them. Again, that white sauce will elevate the shrimp. Every time I order, my order is ready within 15 minutes. Staff seem friendly and they always have a smile on their face. The food truck itself looks clean and well kept. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. I will keep coming back.“

“These are the best tacos in Ventura County and I've been most places. Love the avocado and grilled onion and peppers with the tacos. The main guy who runs this place is super friendly and have said hi to him over the years. My family's favorite as well. Sometimes it takes some time because they are busy, but the food has never ever tasted bad or off, ever + it's always great. Ignore the bad reviews, maybe they were haters! The one thing I would ask for is better phone order support, because people like me come from out of town!“
