El Buen Pastor Mexican Cuisine

Went for the Sunday brunch which didn't close till 3 p.m but upon arrival had to wait for booth because only bar and outdoor seating available. The outside patio was hot due to outdoor cooking and no fans were being used despite there being there. The menudo was slimy with no spices, the tamales were very dry, the rice was white rice with a few vegetables and egg. Had to wait for items to be refilled because they kept running out of certain things. The table service was great they try very hard to make sure you are good. The egg, pancake and taco stations were great the live mariaachi band was great however it did make the atmosphere very loud but the played so good people were doing the Mexican yelling which was nice. Overall it was hit and miss but definitely worth the visit

Can only say very disappointing the food was not good. The amount of portions for the Molcajete was ridiculous for the price of the dish. The tortillas were so small it’s like kid size tortillas. The waitress decided to eat dinner the same time as us instead of tending to our needs. The manager was only worried about what the total dollars the restaurant had made for the day. The place was nice inside but they seemed understaffed and really didn’t care about the patrons. Would I ever go back HELL NO way to over priced. I knew I should have went to Jack in the box!!!!!!!!!!

The food was very delicious and the dessert yummy 😋 . My first time there ,I love it. I'm going back.I recommend you to try this place come down and bring a family or friend. You want regret it?I had the buffet. Monday / Friday. I'm thinking of going back for the weekend buffet. I heard it's better.I can imagine. God bless enjoy life be happy 😊 😃.

Atmosphere was nice. They had a fun spin on the chips that came out for free. They had like some cheese and I think it was some black bean dip on it and the salsas were very tasty as well.,I ordered the ribeye for $40. I asked for it medium, and it came out well done. They offered to send it back, but i’ll only do that if the food is un edible. All the seasonings n pasta that came with it n the squash everything tasted really good. But when you order a ribeye, it should come out the temperature that you ordered. Especially if it’s the most expensive thing on the menu . That’s not the case here, so just expect if you order the ribeye it’s gonna come out well done, no matter how you order it. Probably because it was so thin it was almost like a flank steak that just happened to have a little bit of a fat on it. It was very thin and cut open and several places. Almost like a flank steak, but a ribeye version of it. It would’ve been three stars but my server Marisol was amazing and that bumped it up to four stars so thank you for that. I would come back and try it again if I’m ever in the area.

Our food was fabulous! Best beef and chicken fajitas I’ve had. Highly recommend.
The music was a bit loud and it took a while to get our food but when we did it was well worth the wait.

Fajitas and empanadas to die for. Absolutely delicious! Beautiful drinks and atmosphere! And the service was fantastic! We had a great dinner and we will be back!

The service was very limited,no one to refill water no one to ask if I wanted more coffe ext… the waiter did not seem friendly at all

Great first experience our server Marisol was fantastic. We had the tacos and drinks ,salmon. Tre leches cake to finish off the night. So good we took pictures of the finished played and drinks

Went to have dinner with a friend, beautiful place, very elegant. Not too dark or bright. Waiter was very attentive and always making sure we had what we needed. The food was perfect and deffinwtly had good spicy salsa, the correct type of mexican food.Deffinetly will be back again

We were traveling through and were able to walk over from our hotel. The chips came with mole on them and could immediately taste the flavor profiles. This prompted me to order the mole meal. I was not disappointed. The staff was very accommodating as well as attentive. I will be back.
