Haven't been to an El Pollo Loco in a long time.I was really looking forward to the flavorful chicken but it just wasn't very good.Staff was very nice.Edit. I think my view was more on the value side. Perhaps I was a bit unfair as the prices in California are higher than I'm used to paying.

El Pollo Loco is my absolute favorite but I've had enough of this particular location and this is why I'm giving 3 stars.This is the 3rd time in a row that I order several Pollo Bowls and they give me dark meat or de-boned shredded chicken from the previous day. When I order a Pollo Bowl I expect to see fresh nicely diced chopped chicken breast. Very disappointed to say the least, also in the taste.
