One of my favorite places ..never disappointed

Maybe plastic gloves should be explained to the staff. They aren’t to keep the employees hands clean, they are to protect the customers food from contamination. While visiting 6/3, 7:15 PM, I witnessed 2 employees with gloved hands, touch EVERYTHING in sight to include the phone, the access door, the kitchen counters and proceed to continue to create the food orders either the same gloves on. One chicken order was completed by touching each piece with same gloved hands described above. Another order, chicken burrito was made with gloved hands that touched every thing then placed on top of the chicken pieces to smash ingredients into the tortilla. Maybe the health department needs to make a visit ……

Best food quality quick

Order online for pickup dinner on my way to work. Went inside to get and was ignored by staff. I asked one of the employees about my order to be told to hold on someone will be with me. 5 min later a lady came from the bathroom she helped someone else. I said I'm here to get my order that was ready. The guy who said someone would be with me gave it to me. El pollo loco in Bakersfield CA on Stockdale hwy staff are very rude and have no people skills.

Solid food, healthy quick meal.

Yes, it appears El Pollo Loco has made changes to their tostada salad, reducing the number of ingredients.
It does not taste delicious, just food now

I purchase 2 double avocado and chicken salads.. the avocado was rock hard and black... how could anyone think that is okay to serve someone? This location is not good at all... East Bakersfield location was always consistently good!
