I purchase 2 double avocado and chicken salads.. the avocado was rock hard and black... how could anyone think that is okay to serve someone? This location is not good at all... East Bakersfield location was always consistently good!

I wanna say i went to el pollo loco saturday and the most amazing and sweetest manager i have ever met helped me out her name is claudia. I needed and wanted extra salsa and she was more than happy go help me out. When i walked in her and her crew were there to greet me and everyone as they walk in by always saying ‘welcome’ by far this is my favorite restaurant to go to out of all the pollo locos in bakersfield. Thank you to claudia and her crew for always being really nice and helpful.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with their food. I called and spoke to the manager to add creamy cilantro in my bag and she decided to give me expired salsa, and the person I was talking to was named Claudia.
