Everything was great I'm just really sick and tired of not being able to order at the counter, not everyone knows how to use their automated menu especially the older crowd I had to help an older man just to order a burrito it was ridiculous

Maybe plastic gloves should be explained to the staff. They aren’t to keep the employees hands clean, they are to protect the customers food from contamination. While visiting 6/3, 7:15 PM, I witnessed 2 employees with gloved hands, touch EVERYTHING in sight to include the phone, the access door, the kitchen counters and proceed to continue to create the food orders either the same gloves on. One chicken order was completed by touching each piece with same gloved hands described...

Order online for pickup dinner on my way to work. Went inside to get and was ignored by staff. I asked one of the employees about my order to be told to hold on someone will be with me. 5 min later a lady came from the bathroom she helped someone else. I said I'm here to get my order that was ready. The guy who said someone would be with me gave it to me. El pollo loco in Bakersfield CA on Stockdale hwy staff are very rude and have no people skills.
