I wanna say i went to el pollo loco saturday and the most amazing and sweetest manager i have ever met helped me out her name is claudia. I needed and wanted extra salsa and she was more than happy go help me out. When i walked in her and her crew were there to greet me and everyone as they walk in by always saying ‘welcome’ by far this is my favorite restaurant to go to out of all the pollo locos in bakersfield. Thank you to claudia and her crew for always being really nice...

The service was great but the chicken was dry. I bought the 2 piece chicken meal with 2 sides. Too expensive and the chicken legs were real small. I'm so tired of being ripped off!

Good flavor and excellent quality
