Very inconsistent specifically the carne asada usually it's small rocks and sometimes it's perfect and sometimes it's mixed, you just never know what your getting unfortunately.
If I have to review it only when the meat isn't charcoal I'd give it 10 stars

This is a fair place for some tacos , I was traveling through fwy 99 passing Bakersfield, and I stopped by for some tacos I got some chicharron , lengua, cabeza, and some asada tacos . They were all fair , the green salsa ???? was good! Just so you, this place is open 24 hours a day !! 7 days a week !!

It’s the fast food of tacos. The portions are slightly on the bigger side. The prices are also slightly high compared to other places but it’s definitely nice seeing a taco place open 24/7. They do have walk up service in the drive thru in case you’re in a big rig.
I ordered an alpastor burrito with jack cheese. The tortilla was hot but the ingredients were somewhat cold. The cheese never melted. The al pastor isnt as juicy as you would expect it to be. Tempted to try the lengua, maybe next time!!!

Trying the food for the first time and get taken advantage of was disheartening. They sold me one plate of food consistenting of a Burrito and Taco 21.95 that's ridiculous.
