This was a fun little blast from the past. I have not been here in over 20 years and was surprised to see it still going strong. The burgers are just as delectably, greasy, messy, and delicious as I remember. Nom nom nom.
The clerk was busy but still managed to smile and be polite. I ordered onion rings but got fries instead...and still ate every one. I ate my burger with a peach shake, my dad had vanilla.
We spent $22 for a burger, fries, and two shakes. The wait was about 7-10 minutes. Service is slower than fast food, but the food is better and the place still has personality. I love old places like this.
The parking lot is very tight, so big trucks be forewarned.
