The portions were really generous. I had a veggie burrito and chicken tamale and they were delicious. The champurrado was lovely and rich. Would love to treat myself to this place again.

The world best tamales I have driven over 250 mile just for there tamales and rice everything you ordered from Grandma's you will taste a bite of tender love and care and also a level of great tasting flavors with every bite. I really love Grandma's it my favorite restaurant in the world God please continue to bless Grandma's tamales

The cheese jalapeño tamale is not to ne missed when in Bakersfield! As a vegetarian, I loved this dish as well as the chile rellenos we ordered the next night.
They hand press the corn tortillas right in front of you.
Good, authentic food.
