I have live here almost a year. My personal opinion shouldn't mean much to others because we all all so deverse! I can just say, I'm glad to be indoors.

To Amy Urena, the former manager: I am glad you were fired on Wednesday, December 20th. You are basically unapproachable, condescending, and a despicable human being for having my car towed in the manner that you did, when i had spoken to Trina , the person who wrote and signed the notice that was put on my door late in the evening. You were ok with me possibly losing my car to a tow yard. The packages that were stolen from my front door were signed for and it was on camera and I filed a police report and it took over a month for me to get a refund for those packages because the police wanted to view the footage so they could complete the report, and they left voicemails and emails with you trying to do this and you ignored them, so the case was closed. I still get email notices every time the person that stole those packages( cell phone and tablet) tries to put another SIM card in the device, or use the SIM card that came with the stolen tablet in another device. Two families depended on me to take then to the food distribution site the day my car was towed too. But i got my car back,. And you have al ot of nerve pretending like you care about the " formerly unhoused tenants" , and you have never informed any residents here about any resources.

I just moved in, looks very organized and management is on it, I am happy with it so far. I was going to put four ? s because of no kitchen in the unit but I used the community kitchen and it's not that bad. I have a roof, bed,fridge, ac, safer than the streets. Yes there are people trying to get to take over units but their pics are in the community room and from what I see we are taking care of each other. The location is far out there but there's public transportation and everyone can use their insurance for medical rides. Oh and the case manager here is really good too, they're helping me take care of other things in my life as well. And Maintenance is on top of things too here, I put a request in to fix my smoke detector that beeped ad she came within hours! They don't have way out rules , easy to follow. Clean ...beautiful scenery. Good job green gardens. They're are lots of people with dogs here and it's pretty pet friendly I'm proud to say I never have stepped in dog doodoo, never even seen it, people here are doing a great job cleaning up. Five stars for sure. Idk no one has posted pics before of this place so here are mine of my place

Connected to New Haven Cottages. They are both horrible places to live and management is never there, druggies and theives. Not a safe environment.
