We (a couple in our early 40s) always go here whenever we are in town. Bubba is fantastic and this is a relaxing, upbeat, comfortable, clean, friendly bar with a divey cheers vibe. Not skeezy, and as a woman I've always felt safe here. Somehow, they seem to keep a diverse crowd harmonious and happy while quietly eliminating the riff raff.
Played $1 a pool game. Drank good and cold beer. Listened to a great jukebox.

My best friend wanted to celebrate her birthday 80s style downtown. This was my first time here and it was really fun! We got there by 9 pm, and our group was able to sit at two tables. The atmosphere was laid back. It seemed to have a regular clientele. Bartenders were very friendly with everyone! The drinks I had were very good, more ice and juice than alcohol but still good.
