Contacted the establishment to let them know about the unsatisfied service that was provided. The pizza was overly cooked. No exaggeration the dough was hard as a rock. Yet the person who I was speaking to claimed that because I requested light sauce it turned out that way. Interesting. I wasn’t expecting a refund, but even the bare minimum of an apology would’ve sufficed. Tried to at least eat two slices for myself.. couldn’t do it. But sure, it was my fault. Thanks :)

So I love hungry howies it's so damn good and I don't actually like pizza this is one of the few places I would eat pizza from....I was so excited about the tie dye pizza and instead got a cookie monster looking one
Worst service ever I don’t know if it was the same cashier taking my order on the phone, but when I ordered the pizzas, she was really rude. Commented me with the fact that if I was gonna want the pizza or not, and then when I got there to pay my order that over $160, she comes out with the fact that store policy I can’t pay with $100 bills so I have to walk out and go to the bank to get change, but then my husband offered to pay with his credit card

And I seen the pizza I was thinking damn I didn't order a thin crust then my girl said "did you order thin crust?? Which I didn't. And the Howie bread was still uncooked

I ordered pizza today for pick up and when I was ready to pick it up they told me they had no order under my name. Now I have to reorder my food and wait again more time and I had family over another thing is the manager didn't even apologize at all for their errors and when I get home the pizza was didn't even taste fresh it was nasty and I spent $60 on my order I will not go back here anymore disgusting behavior. I had to throw a whole pizza away and my kids got sick from eating it so gross its like they don't care about their customers.
