What a delight, to get off of I-5 early on a cold morning, and to find this warm, clean, friendly IHOP! Honestly, this is the cleanest and best quality IHOP I’ve been in. The spinach mushroom omelet in particular was lovely. Plus the service was great; they were so kind to our 2- and 5-year-old.
So my dad and I have been searching for months for the perfect Hollandaise sauce… going to fancy French restaurants for brunch… everywhere! Anyway, I pulled into this ihop off the 5 near Bakersfield to take a zoom call and do some work and found it! Totally unexpected, I sheepishly admit. (Btw, they also have power outlets near the tables for computers and phones.) Ramiro’s sauce is creamy and extra tart, just a drop lemonier than others. Excellent!! Definitely worth a stop...
One of the best ihops I've been to. Coming from San Diego, to San Francisco, this ihop's food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. The service was also great. Kind staff and waiters. If you're on a road trip going north or south, I'd recommend you stop at this place.
