The drinks are good but customer service not so good. Places have gone to kiosk ordering with only 1 kiosk & a long line. & the kiosk isn’t completely user friendly making it take longer to place an order. I stood at the counter waiting for staff to take my order-after a minute of waiting they said use kiosk. 👎
Absolutely unmatched in Bakersfield! Boba Time consistently delivers great quality drinks at very reasonable prices. This place is by far my favorite ,I love boba Thai tea with boba & pudding. Their employee's are always so nice n all have great customer service skills. They are always happy n work well as a team.
I can't say enough about Boba Time, except them being # 1 in town. If I had one thing to say, that bums me out.. it would be just about the only place that does not use delivery.. Please, Please, Please, Please.... Start Deliverying.
