Felicity was the associste at the drive thru window. She was very rude to me and my husband. We were excited to go there as we have recently moved back to the area and havent had jack in the box in abiut 5ish years...we understand she may have had a rough morning but the eye rolling and attitude were not necessary. Had she not acted that way i would have given this place 5 stars all throught out. This was our 3rd time this week at this location and the other associates were so...

Quite disappointed in most of our food.
The fries were barely warm when we got them so totally cold and soggy in 5 min when we got home.
The tacos were discussing TBH. Made it thru about a third of one, the other one went straight to the trash.
The boneless chicken was pretty good though.

One of the places you can count to be open 24 hrs. Especially when you have the munchies. I like their new $6 menu items. You can choose up to 4 items; burger fries nuggets drink and a few others to pick. Very filling.
