The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and when I was walking out, the manager of 16 years was heading in to sanitize. I ordered my meal and specifically told them no salt on my fries so they would be fresh. When my oder was called, the fries were cold. The manager, having that many years of experience, should know you serve the fries last. They are not the first thing you put on the tray.
Hadn't eaten at Wendy's since Covid lockdown since when they first reopened the dinning room it was for short periods of time that never coincided with our desire to eat there. Expected price increase but not that much. Before Covid two could eat for a little over $12 & that included one small frosty. Today we paid over &18 for the same order without the frosty. Won't be eating there often in the future.Wheelchair accessibility: No! Barely handicapped accessible.

I like Wendy's burgers. They're pretty good. The service at this location, however, leaves much to be desired. It's not bad, it is just inconsistent. At times, the wait is long... very long. This is even the case when I pre-order for a specific time using their app. Also, during my recent visit, I noticed that the person who helped prepare my food helped unlock the restroom door for another customer. Unfortunately, he did not wash his hand nor change his hand gloves before handling...read full review
