I’ve come to this location a couple of times now and each time my order was wrong and the food was cold. I spend most of my lunch just waiting in the drive thru line. Very disappointing.
I was never given a receipt to contact jack in the box directly.

Sunday morning 2/17/25. Drive through service was horrible.Employees slow and rude. Went inside to order, server was on telephone. No one working the front. We were told we could only order in the drive through. I'll never patronize the location again. 😡😡😡

Typical fast food establishment, can't really complain about the food. However, the overnight crew is horrible. I make Uber orders to pick up frequently since I work down the street, but this time is a breaking point. They gave my order to another person and refused to make me another. I showed them the pick up confirmation and they still refused to remake it despite having been there so many times prior with no difficulties. If they simply made another salad, I could have let it slide, but this is not acceptable behavior from the staff who made the mistake.

The 5656 California Ave location either has a communication issue or are consistently out of items. This morning, the lady in drive thru said they didn't have the $5 Breakfast Meal Deal which was plastered on the window.

This is a 0 Star review. Customer Service was so bad, he did not even bother with ordering food. So here's what happened: My 77 year old father went into Jack in the box to use the restroom, order food, and wait for my mom and I to pick him up. My father asked to use the restroom the restaurant worker said the Men's Room was occupied, so my father who had messed his pants, wanted to clean himself up, and use the toilet asked if he could use the women's restroom. She told him No, it the Ladies ROOM! So my Dad waited for the MENS ROOM to open and out walked a Lady. The restaurant worker saw and smirked at my Dad. She knew there was a Lady in the MENS ROOM and denied my elderly father using the WOMEN'S ROOM. To top it off after my father finished using the toilet he noticed there was no toilet paper and had to use toilet seat covers to clean himself up. When he finished using the restroom he walked to the front to order and kindly tell the restaurant worker that the men's room was out of toilet paper and she just ignored him and walked off. Needless to say my father did not bother staying or ordering, he left and met us at the McDonald's near by. Where he used the restroom waited for my mom and I and we ordered food. Note: this all happened at the Jack In The Box on Stockdale and California.

my whole order was wrong , this store does not follow instructions they don’t care about there customers or there food , all my food was soggy and just thrown in the bag. they really need to hire people that know how to do there job this is ridiculous!
