The food is trash. I went here with my daughter, and she said she wanted to eat inside. Okay, I agreed, but man did we regret it. We were eating, until someone yelled at us to be quiet. We agreed we didn't like the cheeseburgers, as they tasted cheap. We ended up just eating fries. We started to whisper, until we were yelled at to shut up. I walked out of there right away. Never coming back.

I enjoyed the food it was prepared well, they did make one of the burgers incorrect so we technically didn't get the burger we ordered. It was still a good burger though. The service was questionable. I'm sure it doesn't happen often but my order was lost in translation I got half out the window and they thought they handed it all out and the cars started piling in behind me. When they came up confused I let them know I was still waiting on the other half of my order which scrambled them more because they couldn't remember what half of the order was handed out already. They were all very calm and patient which made the entire situation much better. I could tell the manager may have been frustrated due to lack of team work and efficiency throughout the team but they pulled through. So all in all even with some of the chaos that I'm sure the cars behind me didn't experience except the having to be patient part. It was a good stop and great food for fast food.

I had the Halloween shake and it was AMAZING! I also love their tacos.
I really think a food inspector or someone needs to come take a look at this location and conduct some sort of quality control test. My wife stopped by here to get 2 chicken strip meals (as Jack in the Box has the best fast food chicken strips). She got home and we both tried a strip and they tasted like the chicken strip had been dipped in an ash tray. We do not smoke so it is not a result of it being present in our house. We had a similar issue a few months back with the chicken tasting exactly the same from this same location. Both times I returned them and both times the manager did not seem to care that their product was completely inedible. To me this just shows a complete lack of care for their product, their image or the customer experience. I highly recommend that if you want to eat at Jack in the Box you avoid this location completely and try a different one in town. I'm just glad my daughter was asleep at the time we went or else we would have likely gotten her the same item and could have potentially made her very sick from it. The franchise owner or corporate really should get involved to get that situation figured out as like I said, it was a few months between our visits and there was no change or improvement.

The worst service I've ever experienced in my life. I went at night after my lunch break and when I arrived and started ordering the girl that was at the drive thru was rude right off the bat. Don't even know why she works there if she's gonna be that rude. Wouldn't come again
