My recent visit to Jack in the Box was disappointing. The food was horrible—cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. It felt like a waste of money and time. I won't be returning anytime soon.
I always find the food here to be exceptional. Every dish is prepared with care, offering a consistently delightful culinary experience. The quality and taste never fail to impress, making it a favorite dining spot for me.
The reason I’m giving the five stars is definitely due to their customer service. I ordered a strawberry shake and the gentleman at the window, which I believe must have been the manager proceeded to hand it to me by saying I added two cherries because you are too special. That made my day. *It’s the little things*
