Bomb guys! It's crazy that I literally used to live around the corner and I never visited. I started visiting years ago and I feel like I've missed out all these years. If you know me, I love me some freebies so one year I looked up all the places I could get goodies for my birthday and Jersey Mike's was one of them. I tried it for the first time one year on my birthday because when you sign up to their rewards program online then on your birthday you get a sub. Anytime I have visited it has always been to go and the service is always fantastic. I always order on the app and my order is always ready when I get there. I've been there when they were super busy and ordering on the app/online will save you tons of time because they'll place your sandwich on the pickup shelf. I am not the biggest fan of sandwiches, so if I'm raving about a sandwich place then in my opinion it is high quality sandwich... again that is only my very own opinion. The place is always clean, you always see the staff wearing gloves when handling food and the veggies look fresh. Staff is always pretty friendly and they are probably on rotation when I'm craving for a sandwich with 2 other sandwich places that I hold at a high regard. I definitely think you should give them a chance if you have never tried Jersey Mike's.

I come to this location often and always pre order my food for pick up. When ordering I prepay and pre tip but lately my food is not ready when I go to pick it up waiting on average about 10 minutes after my order was said to be ready. In the three years I’ve been coming to this location it has only been in the last two months that I have had this issue.
Number 43, hung over or hungry, it guys the spot, no cheese though.

The food is consistently good and well assembled. I have eaten here several times and almost every time they fail to call out your name to pick up finished meals. I have sat and waited for food that was finished for over 10 minutes before I had to ask someone if it was ready. The staff ignored me and made no effort to check if I had gotten served.

The manager here is horrible he's extremely rude and needs to be REPLACED ASAPP he not only made the rudest unprofessional faces when I was simply just asking to add another sandwich to my order while I was literally still ordering like a total jerk. Definitely never coming to this location again and hope they can find a better nicer manger who likes his job because this dude obviously didn't!
