The food is consistently good and well assembled. I have eaten here several times and almost every time they fail to call out your name to pick up finished meals. I have sat and waited for food that was finished for over 10 minutes before I had to ask someone if it was ready. The staff ignored me and made no effort to check if I had gotten served.
It has been a long time since I’ve gone anywhere to order food which such sweet customer service. As someone else who also works customer service every day, I know some days can be more draining than others, so I try not to make things confusing or take up too much time.
