They never have hot chocolate, McDonald's is terrible, and they're in the USA and don't have the money to buy a new machine.

You have to wait for someone to take your order if you're paying cash, no employees around to help older people who don't know how to use kiosk. The restaurant is usually quiet and clean, with quick service. A little kid asked for apple juice, and it was given to him just like that with no questions asked. Despite these occasional hiccups, McDonald's remains a go-to place for its consistent and satisfying menu offerings.
