Slow service and very poor customer service. I placed an order to pick up and was told it would be ready at a specific time. I came to the restaurant at that time and stood at the front waiting to be helped. Multiple servers saw me and made eye contact but no one came to help me. delicious food great surroundings
Poor customer service. First time I have ever been there I walked in and no sign no nothing saying. First come first serve. I was treated like an idiot for not knowing. But then there is a reserved sign on one seat at the bar that is taking up room for two people. Get told I could have the seat at the end of the bar that was crammed up against the guy beside it and the end of the bar.
